Provides case management for physician and nurse peer-assistance monitoring programs. Responsibilities include managing referrals, participant check-ins, treatment and monitoring coordination, chart and compliance reviews, clinical and workplace report tracking, advocacy letters, database maintenance, case conferences, monitor assignments, and committee presentations. The role safeguards confidential information, coordinates with medical and treatment professionals, supports participant transitions through care, and assists with program outreach.

Manages administrative and financial operations for Peer Assistance Monitoring Programs. Supervises administrative staff, oversees documentation, invoices, payments, scholarships, agreements, committee meetings, presentations, correspondence, records, office supplies, forms, and website updates. Provides staff training, proofreading, transcription coordination, call follow-up, inventory management, and process improvement while maintaining confidential information.

Provide intake/check-in support, set up and monitor drug testing, enter and track prescriptions and monitoring agreements, review participant charts for compliance, maintain and update the CMS database, assist with billing and case management coordination, and support multidisciplinary staff and program operations.
