Leads Life Sales and Medicare Supplement functions across multi-line states. Responsibilities include managing teams, setting objectives, overseeing strategic projects and budgets, developing employees, monitoring production and business metrics, supporting policies and continuity planning, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Requires significant life insurance sales experience, supervisory leadership, and a Life and Health license.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products and applications. Partners with business leaders, UX designers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to prioritize features, improve customer experiences, manage change, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversees product teams, budgets, SLAs, vendor performance, security, compliance, quality practices, coaching, and staff performance.

Partners with product managers, business units, and technical teams to identify business problems and translate requirements into user stories, features, process flows, and testable outcomes. Supports backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, testing, release planning, product quality, and solution decisions. Provides business and operational support for life insurance products, forms, and related technology processes while analyzing risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Oversees treaty and facultative reinsurance administration, accounting, recoverables, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, renewals, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, brokers, and reinsurers to ensure accurate contract execution, timely collections, regulatory compliance, and effective reinsurance program operations.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects. Define scope, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners, track performance, ensure governance and change management, conduct kickoffs/closures, and promote project management best practices.

The Director of Internal Audit leads the internal audit function, ensures compliance, manages risks, and enhances operational efficiency while providing strategic guidance to management.
