Supports enterprise strategy development, portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, and strategic initiative alignment. Facilitates strategy reviews and stakeholder discussions, maintains scorecards and portfolio documentation, analyzes market and competitive information, and prepares recommendations and presentations for senior leadership. Also supports strategy execution frameworks, change management, workshops, and organizational adoption.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects. Define scope, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners, track performance, ensure governance and change management, conduct kickoffs/closures, and promote project management best practices.

Oversees treaty and facultative reinsurance administration, accounting, recoverables, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, renewals, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, brokers, and reinsurers to ensure accurate contract execution, timely collections, regulatory compliance, and effective reinsurance program operations.
