Support and facilitate strategic planning and execution: design strategy reviews, create communications and scorecards, monitor initiatives, compile insights, enable adoption, partner with leaders, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Develop and maintain commercial lines insurance products and enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance of manuals and forms, conduct market and regulatory research, analyze industry trends, recommend solutions for assigned product lines, and support profitable growth for the Commercial Lines Underwriting department.

Conduct on-site and virtual loss control evaluations across property, liability, auto and workers' compensation; identify hazards, analyze loss trends, recommend risk-reduction measures, prepare detailed reports, provide training and consultative support, and collaborate with underwriting, agents, and claims to improve account performance and profitability.
