Manage clinical site approvals, preceptor agreements, student competency assessments, accreditation reporting, and electronic student documentation. Conduct site evaluations, support faculty/preceptor training, analyze practicum data for program improvement, and collaborate with leadership on clinical curriculum and student retention. Remote role with occasional travel for skills lab and immersion weekends.

Write original online and hybrid course content and assessments for undergraduate psychology courses (Creativity, Applied, I/O). Collaborate with Academic Leadership, Instructional Designers, and Project Managers to align content with course objectives, meet timelines, and finalize materials.

Handle inbound or outbound calls with prospective students, screen inquiries using interactive scripts, warm-transfer qualified leads to admissions advisors, disposition calls accurately, meet quality and performance metrics, log into multiple contact systems, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Lead academic management for the School of Business, overseeing faculty, curriculum, assessment, and student success. Use data to drive retention and program improvement, manage faculty hiring/mentoring, support accreditation, teach at least one course yearly, and participate in governance and scholarly activities.

Lead and manage institutional research activities: supervise staff, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, produce reports and dashboards, support program/course reviews, accreditation, survey design, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform institutional planning and continuous improvement.

Advise students on financial aid options and Title IV eligibility via phone, email, and messaging. Evaluate documentation, calculate tuition and awards, ensure compliance with federal, state, military/VA and institutional rules, and maintain service metrics while reviewing ongoing eligibility.
