Represent AIUS at onsite and virtual corporate engagement events, drive student growth for assigned accounts, track and optimize marketing efforts, build client relationships, maintain Salesforce records, promote webinars/workshops, and travel extensively (up to 80%).

Handle inbound or outbound calls with prospective students, screen inquiries using interactive scripts, warm-transfer qualified leads to admissions advisors, disposition calls accurately, meet quality and performance metrics, log into multiple contact systems, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Advise students on financial aid options and Title IV eligibility via phone, email, and messaging. Evaluate documentation, calculate tuition and awards, ensure compliance with federal, state, military/VA and institutional rules, and maintain service metrics while reviewing ongoing eligibility.
