Design streaming responses, recovery and fallback states, dynamic interfaces, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows. Apply LLM patterns, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and observability. Develop TypeScript and React interfaces, support backend API contracts, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical and design reviews.

Build and lead frontend-focused full-stack features for Pebl’s conversational AI assistant. Design polished AI-native experiences involving streaming responses, dynamic interfaces, error recovery, fallback states, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop interactions. Develop TypeScript and React frontend components, backend APIs, and integrations supporting agentic workflows. Apply prompt design, evaluation, observability, and troubleshooting to improve AI behavior. Mentor engineers, participate in technical reviews, and deliver high-quality products through rapid iteration.

Sell Pebl's global employment platform across Southeast Asia from Singapore. Own full sales cycles, build and grow accounts, prospect strategically, exceed revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent product and regional market insights to drive expansion with Chinese-speaking clients.

Process deal transactions from signed contract to employee onboarding: enter and validate data, create employee records, handle routine contract updates, keep ticket notes current, and coordinate with Sales and Onboarding to resolve exceptions per documented playbooks.

Build three-tier ABM programs, manage target account lists, optimize paid media budgets, develop full-funnel content, align Sales and RevOps, and report account-level pipeline influence. The role leads vertical pilots, competitive intelligence, attribution reporting, creative testing, and the transition from MQL-focused metrics to revenue-based account KPIs.

Manage complex, multi-country payroll operations, including exceptions, adjustments, garnishments, deductions, reconciliations, statutory filings, and compliance. Troubleshoot payroll issues, support system implementations and testing, improve processes through automation, monitor service metrics, and partner with internal teams, vendors, employees, clients, and government agencies. Serve as a payroll subject matter expert, escalation point, and resource for other specialists while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
