Lead a team managing end-to-end customer and employee onboarding and offboarding, including offer completion and payroll setup. Own operational metrics such as throughput, cycle time, CSAT, accuracy, and SLA adherence. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, implement scalable processes, and develop team performance through coaching and feedback.

Own and scale Pebl’s account-based marketing and demand generation engine. Build three-tier ABM programs, manage target account lists, optimize paid media budgets, develop full-funnel content, align Sales and RevOps, and report account-level pipeline influence. The role leads vertical pilots, competitive intelligence, attribution reporting, creative testing, and the transition from MQL-focused metrics to revenue-based account KPIs.

Manage US and Canadian payroll operations for an employer-of-record business, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations, audits, reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, SOX controls, and employee support. Lead payroll specialists, coordinate with vendors and Finance, maintain country-specific knowledge and process documentation, resolve payroll and billing inquiries, protect PII under GDPR, and drive regional process improvements.

Software Engineering Intern joining Pebl’s Time Engineering team to build scalable platform solutions. Responsibilities include developing and testing TypeScript applications and services with PostgreSQL and AWS in a serverless environment, troubleshooting issues, participating in design and code reviews, and collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams. The intern will contribute to customer-facing features while learning software engineering best practices and AI-driven development.

Build and ship full-stack features for an LLM-powered conversational AI assistant. Own backend services, APIs, data models, React interfaces, streaming experiences, agentic workflows, observability, and evaluation. Design recovery and human handoff experiences, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, contribute to technical reviews, and collaborate with product and design teams. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience delivering conversational AI products used by real customers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pebl’s integrations and partner-embedded EOR product. Define integration architecture, data models, API and webhook experiences, embedded workflows, partner prioritization, success metrics, and product requirements. Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, clients, and leadership to deliver adopted integrations and iterate using product data. This is an individual contributor role requiring hybrid work in Palo Alto at least three days weekly.

Lead strategic client onboarding from contract signature through global employee setup. Guide country rollout strategy, explain global hiring requirements and benefits, manage timelines and risks, and enable clients on Pebl’s platform. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to deliver scalable onboarding, support expansion, gather feedback, and improve processes.

Execute regional go-to-market campaigns and field marketing initiatives across EMEA, with a focus on French- and German-speaking markets. Plan and deliver events, manage vendors and budgets, create promotional campaigns, analyze performance, and support demand generation and pipeline growth. Collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and external agencies while contributing to regional strategy and localization.

Own month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and adherence to US GAAP. Improve accounting processes and internal controls, maintain general ledger integrity, support external audits, and partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams. Use AI and automation to streamline close procedures and document workflows.

Manage end-to-end global immigration and mobility cases, including eligibility assessments, documentation, submissions, government coordination, permit tracking, and case completion. Advise corporate clients and candidates on immigration regulations, policies, timelines, and compliance, particularly across Middle Eastern markets. Maintain accurate records, monitor visa expirations, coordinate onboarding with internal teams and service providers, support client satisfaction, update immigration knowledge resources, and lead process improvements and cross-functional compliance projects.

Build and improve frontend experiences for invoicing, payments, financial forms, dashboards, and monetary accounts. Integrate payment vendors, collaborate with product and design, establish frontend standards, and contribute across APIs, backend services, infrastructure, AWS, databases, and Kubernetes. The role is primarily frontend and API-focused but requires full-stack capability.

Manage technical and corporate accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP analyses, equity accounting, audit support, reconciliations, accounting policies, variance analysis, and internal controls. The role partners across Finance and other departments, monitors accounting standards, modernizes close processes, and applies AI tools to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.

Lead Pebl’s data strategy, infrastructure, governance, analytics, and AI integration. Own scalable data engineering pipelines and secure global employment data while translating insights into business outcomes across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal. Build AI capabilities for products and internal workflows, communicate data-driven narratives to executives and the board, and recruit and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and AI specialists.

Leads Pebl’s data strategy, infrastructure, engineering, analytics, governance, and AI integration. Builds scalable pipelines, secures global employment and compliance data, delivers insights for business functions, embeds AI into products and workflows, communicates data-driven strategies to executives, and recruits and develops a high-performing data team.

Lead the architecture of scalable front-end systems and AI-generated user interfaces. Own Pebl’s React component library and design system, guide adoption of Google’s A2UI standard, and collaborate with AI, platform, backend, product, and design teams. Establish technical standards, review implementations, mentor engineers, improve accessibility and performance, manage technical debt, and promote AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude Code and Codex.

Manage employee and client onboarding and offboarding, HR records, employment-law compliance, benefits, payroll and expense-related queries, and regional HR guidance. Coordinate with internal teams and service providers, maintain client and employee satisfaction, audit documentation, resolve issues, support training, and contribute to process automation and improvement. The role requires expertise in Mexico and Brazil labor regulations, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Design, build, and scale backend and serverless applications that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers; troubleshoot production issues; participate in technical and code reviews; maintain high engineering standards; and mentor junior developers. The role requires in-office work in Palo Alto Monday through Wednesday.
