Manage and grow a book of SaaS accounts by developing strategic account plans, prospecting for expansion, exceeding revenue targets, forecasting accurately, advising clients, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing market feedback. Role requires travel (~20%) and working across regions and time zones.

Lead global treasury and payments for a high-volume multi-currency business: own cross-border payment flows, cash forecasting, FX hedging, banking relationships, treasury controls, fraud prevention, and deploy AI/automation. Manage a team of four, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops), and support investor and M&A diligence while improving payment rails, liquidity, and provider economics.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing expert support to clients. Collaborate with global teams, manage HR data, and drive employee satisfaction while maintaining good client relationships.
