Lead design and execution of Pebl's global and U.S. benefits strategy across 150+ countries. Own vendor/broker ecosystem, drive implementations and renewals, enable benefits technology integrations, optimize cost and compliance, and lead a global team to scale benefits offerings and processes.

Manage the full employee lifecycle with emphasis on onboarding and offboarding, advise clients on HR/payroll/benefits, maintain HR records and compliance with local employment law, collaborate with internal teams and external providers, drive employee and client satisfaction, and assist in training colleagues.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimize operational processes, build business cases and market analyses, own performance metrics and dashboards, and partner with executives to translate vision into tactical execution supporting international expansion and scalable growth.
