Lead frontend design and implementation for invoicing and payments features, improve UX for financial forms and dashboards, integrate third-party payment vendors, collaborate with product and design, set frontend best practices, and work across the full stack (backend, DB, infra) to deliver reliable, reusable, and scalable UI components.

Design, build, and scale backend and serverless applications that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers; troubleshoot production issues; participate in technical and code reviews; maintain high engineering standards; and mentor junior developers. The role requires in-office work in Palo Alto Monday through Wednesday.

Own the Lifecycle Management product roadmap, beginning with time off, leave of absence, and time tracking. Partner with engineering, operations, and design to improve compliance, self-service, automation, and employee experiences across 185+ countries. Define requirements, success metrics, experiments, and AI-agent use cases while incorporating customer needs and business goals. Communicate priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
