Own sourcing, onboarding, governance, and ongoing management of Pebl's global payroll partner network. Lead RFPs, negotiate contracts (MSAs/SOWs/SLAs), enforce SLAs, manage partner reactivations, drive process improvements, and act as the operational bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, scalable global operations.

Manage end-to-end high-volume expense claims across 30+ countries: verify receipts, currency conversions and VAT/GST, approve or return submissions, post expenses to accounting tools, identify policy violations or fraud, respond to employee/customer inquiries, and drive process improvements, standardization, and audit readiness.

Lead design and execution of Pebl's global and U.S. benefits strategy across 150+ countries. Own vendor/broker ecosystem, drive implementations and renewals, enable benefits technology integrations, optimize cost and compliance, and lead a global team to scale benefits offerings and processes.
