Owner of the marketing technology stack for Alfred Music and MakeMusic. Serve as HubSpot system administrator, manage data architecture, campaign attribution, integrations, lead scoring, and reporting. Build dashboards in BI tools, reconcile analytics across GA4 and HubSpot, run A/B tests, support multi-channel campaigns, streamline processes, and communicate performance insights to marketing, sales, and leadership.

Own high-impact product initiatives across Peaksware’s music brands, modernize content infrastructure, investigate customer and product needs, and partner with engineering and design to ship measurable outcomes. The role also evaluates AI opportunities, automates financial analysis, and develops shared infrastructure across acquired businesses. Over time, the Product Manager will enter newly acquired companies, diagnose product and business needs, establish priorities, and drive product strategy.

Identify and prioritize K-12 music education prospects, generate and manage sales pipelines, conduct outbound outreach and product demonstrations, handle objections, negotiate deals, and close business. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales quotas, forecast revenue, develop product expertise, provide prospect feedback, and transition new customers to Customer Success. Travel up to 15% for company and customer events.
