Owner of the marketing technology stack for Alfred Music and MakeMusic. Serve as HubSpot system administrator, manage data architecture, campaign attribution, integrations, lead scoring, and reporting. Build dashboards in BI tools, reconcile analytics across GA4 and HubSpot, run A/B tests, support multi-channel campaigns, streamline processes, and communicate performance insights to marketing, sales, and leadership.

Implement and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns (email, in-app, push, search, social, display) to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. Manage lifecycle campaigns, A/B and multivariate testing, email automations, landing page CRO, partner co-marketing, event support, and KPI reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and data teams to define go-to-market strategies and meet business targets.

Lead and coach a team of Account Executives while managing your own book of business to drive revenue through retail and wholesale channels. Own pipeline forecasting, key account strategy, GTM alignment, process improvement, CRM reporting, and proactive prospecting to expand market share in K-12 and private music education.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, leave administration, HRIS optimization, multi-state compliance, and frontline employee/manager support. Improve HR processes, produce reports/metrics, and support onsite workplace operations including an office relocation. Act as a trusted partner to deliver consistent, compliant, and scalable People operations.
