Lead and scale a campus-wide Work Experience Program aligning student employment with academic curricula. Oversee placements, assessment, compliance, budgets, partnerships, and enterprise development. Provide cabinet-level strategic and operational leadership to integrate experiential work across campus and ensure adherence to Federal Work College regulations.

Coordinate and deliver the First Year Experience program, provide individual and group academic coaching, teach a three-credit First Year Seminar, collect and report student success data, collaborate across campus, support orientation and campus events, and perform related duties to increase first-year persistence and retention.

Manage day-to-day environmental laboratory operations as ELAP Technical Director: oversee QA/QC, method development, instrument maintenance, LIMS data review, supervise and train analysts, conduct analyses, support audits, and contribute to research and reporting.
