The Senior Business System Analyst will analyze workforce management requirements and translate labor rules, collective agreements, and operational needs into testable system solutions. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, process modeling, pay-impact testing, payroll validation, UAT, system issue resolution, deployment readiness, and knowledge transfer. The role partners with product, payroll, operations, technical, vendor, and implementation teams to support scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems across a unionized retail environment.

Administers customer credit accounts, including account setup, credit applications, credit checks, account monitoring, collections, payment processing, reconciliations, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate records for compliance and audits while supporting accounts receivable and month-end activities. Collaborates with customers and internal teams to resolve account issues and manage credit risk.

Performs financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and profitability assessments. The role provides financial insights to management, reviews reporting accuracy, supports audits, improves financial processes, and represents Finance on cross-functional projects.

Administer weekly payroll and benefits for retail employees across multiple stores and collective agreements. Process hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, benefit updates, annual payouts, and employee data in Workday. Respond to payroll inquiries, prepare documents and payment information, and provide administrative support while handling confidential information with tact and accuracy.

Provides phone and email customer support, resolves shopping, order, product, service, and loyalty-program questions, documents customer feedback, and partners with ecommerce and store teams. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, strong communication, computer proficiency, and accurate typing while delivering empathetic service in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain and enhance enterprise database environments across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Azure. Provide level 2 and 3 support, performance tuning, upgrades, patching, high availability, disaster recovery, backup and recovery strategies, encryption, and ETL scripting. Collaborate with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams, troubleshoot critical incidents, document systems, mentor peers, and provide on-call support for mission-critical platforms.

The Decision Science Analyst will support data-driven projects, conduct statistical experiments, automate workflows using SQL and Python, and develop insights and dashboards for business improvement.

Responsible for technical direction and implementation of data integration platforms, supporting and maintaining systems, and mentoring team members.

Design and deliver enterprise-scale intelligent automation and AI solutions across Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain. Evaluate and select platforms (Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Databricks, open-source), design scalable, secure architectures and AI agents in Azure, run discovery workshops, prioritize automation opportunities, build business cases, establish architecture standards and governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Lead analytics and experimentation for the More Rewards loyalty program. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, build data pipelines and predictive models using SQL and Python, create Power BI dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers, mentor analysts, and deliver actionable insights from large, cloud-based datasets.
