Assess solution portfolio, address technical debt, define standards and reference architectures, mentor teams, and align IT solutions with business objectives across cloud, databases, and integration platforms.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media across search, social, display, video, and programmatic channels. Act as paid media SME, manage budgets and measurement, ensure accurate tagging and attribution, optimize performance, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, and deliver reporting and recommendations to drive business results.

Perform inbound and outbound perishable product inspections to ensure safety and quality standards. Document findings, run sampling/testing programs, work with CFIA on inspections/detentions, maintain QA programs, and coordinate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams in a multi-temperature warehouse.
