PatientPoint partners with HealthEquity to offer a one-time fertility benefit of up to $10,000, covering procedures like IVF, cryopreservation, tubal ligation, and vasectomy - from date of hire.

PatientPoint offers two DentalDental PPO plans, giving those with bigger care needs such as dependent orthodontia the option to elect additional coverage.

PatientPoint offers two Cigna plan options, and provides cost sharing for each. Employees have the option of selecting either a PPO or High Deductable Health Plan.

We've partnered with EyeMed, a network that gives a lot of choices and flexibility. Teammates can choose from thousands of independent and retail providers to find the one that best fits their needs.
Offers Health Savings Account (HSA)
Teammates enrolled in the HDHP plan can contribute to a HSA, with PatientPoint contributing $625 (individual) or $1,250 (family) annually — funds are 100% vested from day one and roll over YoY.

Teammates can set aside pre-tax dollars for dependent care expenses through a Dependent Care FSA, with a maximum annual contribution of $7,500.
