Manages and coaches four Customer Success Managers while building segmented coverage, onboarding, adoption, health-scoring, forecasting, and recovery programs. Partners with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to improve customer ROI, influence product direction, and scale success across venue and vendor accounts.
