Operate chop and slab saws to cut asphalt and concrete per project specs; perform layout measurements, routine equipment maintenance, slurry containment and cleanup, recordkeeping, and coordinate with foremen while following safety protocols.

Perform general landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, operating and maintaining mowers and power tools, and assisting with installation of sod, trees, and shrubs. Maintain safe, clean outdoor spaces and work collaboratively with crew members under supervision.

Lead and supervise quality control technicians, develop and implement QC procedures, review test results, perform site inspections, coordinate with project stakeholders, maintain QC documentation, ensure safety compliance, and train staff to continually improve paving project quality.

Manage excavation project delivery including bidding/estimating, scheduling, crew coordination, safety compliance, stakeholder communication, progress monitoring, and documentation to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
