Full-time seasonal labourer responsible for directing truck traffic, inspecting incoming loads, interacting with customers, maintaining and organizing the yard, cutting grass, removing garbage, and assisting with general labour tasks. The role may include operating a front end loader after training. Candidates must work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence, maintain a safety-focused workplace, and pass a medical/fitness exam and driving-record review.

Seasonal grades person supporting excavation crews by reading drawings, grade stakes, and survey markings; taking measurements; directing cut and fill operations; guiding equipment operators around utilities; setting barricades and signs; assisting with inspections and maintenance; and maintaining safe, productive work practices. The role is physically demanding, includes long hours and overtime, and requires teamwork in a high-pressure construction environment.

Install underground sanitary and storm sewer pipes and precast structures. Responsibilities include using pipe lasers and transits, placing bedding, securing pipe, adjusting plans for ground conditions, applying shoring and safe excavation practices, setting structure elevations, operating small equipment, assisting with rigging, and maintaining equipment. Work is physically demanding, outdoors in all weather, and may include overtime and weekends.
