Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Coordinate final mortgage loan closing steps: generate and validate documents in Encompass, manage funding and wire disbursements, package and ship loans to investors, maintain accurate loan records, and communicate with loan officers, processors, escrow/title agents, and investors to ensure timely, compliant closings.

Oversee end-to-end mortgage closing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loan closings. Manage closing activities and documentation, resolve operational issues, implement standardized procedures, maintain audit trails, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and recommend process improvements while monitoring regulatory changes.

Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms: create and post content, coordinate with designers/editors, engage with audience, track analytics, manage ad/boost budgets, and maintain profile data.

Prepare and manage residential mortgage loan files from origination to closing: collect, verify, and track documentation, clear underwriting conditions, submit files to closing, coordinate with loan officers, customers, and third parties, and maintain pipeline and compliance.

Support finance team by preparing recurring financial reports, maintaining financial models and KPI reports, reconciling data, assisting budget and variance tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and support decision-making.
