Manage and grow relationships with mortgage brokers to drive wholesale production. Source leads, pre-qualify loan files, train brokers on products and guidelines, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM and sales reporting, and meet a monthly production target. Provide ongoing broker support and ensure compliance with company policies and underwriting requirements.

Coordinate final mortgage loan closing steps: generate and validate documents in Encompass, manage funding and wire disbursements, package and ship loans to investors, maintain accurate loan records, and communicate with loan officers, processors, escrow/title agents, and investors to ensure timely, compliant closings.

Manage daily office operations and facilities across U.S. and Mexico locations, coordinate vendors and landlords, support executives with calendars and travel, lead administrative teams, oversee budgets and expense processes, and ensure cross-border process alignment and secure record management.

Support daily CRM administration and campaign execution: manage users, permissions, data hygiene, segments, automations, and reporting. Provide first-level CRM support, collaborate with marketing/sales, document workflows, and learn deeper CRM configuration over time.

Support the Co-Founder with calendar management, travel planning, communications, document drafting, project tracking, meeting coordination, errands, and confidential administrative and personal tasks to reduce executive workload.

Provide front-line support for branch loan operations: communicate with clients and internal teams, assist applicants with phone applications, manage CRM and follow-up tasks, ensure loan files are complete per policy, and support Loan Originators and managers to improve service levels.

Lead sales recruitment for the brand by sourcing, screening, and interviewing loan officer candidates. Develop recruiting strategy, post jobs, use ATS and social media, mentor new loan officers, report on hiring status, and build strong candidate relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Provide administrative and operational support to Head of Operations and Operations Manager. Coordinate day-to-day activities, manage scheduling, prepare reports and documentation, track processes and compliance, facilitate communication across teams, assist employee requests, and support process improvement initiatives within mortgage/financial workflows.

Lead and develop a team of loan processors and support staff to meet SLAs and production goals. Oversee pipeline monitoring, data integrity, compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, implement SLA-driven workflows, mentor staff, collaborate with Sales/Underwriting/Closing, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and loan closings.

Manage residential mortgage loan files post-origination: obtain, review and assemble documentation, update Encompass, order items, prepare submissions for underwriting, clear conditions, coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, closers and customers to achieve timely closings and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to delivery: define scope, manage timelines and assets, track budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor KPIs/ROI, and identify and mitigate project risks.

Manage residential mortgage loan files from origination to closing: collect, review, and assemble documentation; verify income and assets; order required items; prepare files for underwriting; clear conditions; communicate with loan officers, customers, and partners; maintain data integrity and KPIs; use Encompass and automated underwriting systems.
