Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications. Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement features, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, support deployments and integrations, and maintain technical documentation. The role requires learning new technologies, applying software development best practices, and resolving technical issues while contributing effectively in a team environment.

Provides high-level administrative support to the President, managing calendars, travel, meetings, conferences, and hosted events. Coordinates Wholesale sales support across Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Support, Marketing, Operations, vendors, and external partners. Maintains records, action-item tracking, presentations, communications, budgets, and event logistics while anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, improving processes, and ensuring accurate, timely follow-through in a mortgage lending environment.

Processes residential mortgage loans from origination through underwriting and closing. Reviews files, verifies income and assets, orders documentation, tracks requirements in Encompass, clears underwriting conditions, and ensures compliance with investor, agency, federal, and state requirements. Coordinates with customers, loan officers, underwriters, closers, and external partners while meeting contract deadlines, rate-lock expirations, quality standards, and branch KPIs.
