Supervise setup, garnishing, stocking, and service of the serving line; ensure timely replenishment, cleanliness, sanitation, equipment operation, and compliance with Navy standards; manage assigned employees; report inventory/status to Kitchen Manager; obtain ServSafe certification and required security clearance; perform end-of-meal cleaning and other assigned duties.

Perform professional HR functions including employee relations, compliance and reporting (AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212), policy review and implementation, HRIS and ATS maintenance, investigations, training support, and advising leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Prepare and submit retirement plan contributions, perform month-end close tasks, general ledger maintenance, and produce and review financial statements. Compile budgets, consolidate monthly budgets into the accounting system, analyze variances, maintain purchase order database, prepare management and regulatory reports, support audits, develop and document accounting systems and policies, and provide cross-training and backup support for the finance team.

Support HR operations and compliance across the organization, including employee relations, policy review, AAP/EEO-1/VETS-4212 reporting, HRIS/ATS/Kronos maintenance, investigations, training, and process improvements. Work closely with leadership to ensure employment law compliance and confidentiality while executing HR projects and resolving workforce issues.

Lead contracts project management: identify and pursue government and local contract opportunities, develop pricing and proposals, support Project Managers with staffing, training, quality control, compliance (PWS, CMMC), manage supplies and budgets, resolve customer issues, and assist the Contracts Director in performance and reporting.

Supervise and train food service staff (including individuals with disabilities); ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment operation, safety, scheduling, productivity, reporting, and regulatory compliance; perform end-of-meal cleaning and assist project manager as needed. Must work weekends.
