Lead instructional strategy and staff development for Palmetto Excel: design curriculum aligned to state standards, onboard and coach instructors, analyze assessment data to close gaps, deliver professional development, teach up to three core classes, collaborate with leadership and enrollment teams, and support student wraparound services.

Maintain SCSEP participant personnel records and payroll: enter and update data in GPMS and SAGE, collect and upload timecards into ADP, verify payroll accuracy, compile program reports, assist with onboarding and background checks, and support cross-departmental payroll performance and regulatory compliance.

Lead Office of the President operations to maximize CEO and Board effectiveness: manage CEO calendar, travel, briefings, board governance, meeting preparation and minutes, executive communications, document systems, triage processes, and project oversight. Act as governance expert and ensure secure, searchable records and onboarding for board members.

Support retail store operations by receiving donations, sorting, pricing, stocking merchandise, operating POS, meeting production goals, training and coaching team members, performing administrative duties, maintaining certifications (forklift, CPR/First Aid), and leading the store in managers' absence.
