Supervises and evaluates the special education team, develops IEP- and 504-compliant learning programs, monitors student progress, maintains records, leads case conferences, creates transition plans, teaches remediation courses, supports staff development, and collaborates with school leadership, families, and enrollment teams to improve student outcomes.

Lead Office of the President operations to maximize CEO and Board effectiveness: manage CEO calendar, travel, briefings, board governance, meeting preparation and minutes, executive communications, document systems, triage processes, and project oversight. Act as governance expert and ensure secure, searchable records and onboarding for board members.

Support retail store operations by receiving donations, sorting, pricing, stocking merchandise, operating POS, meeting production goals, training and coaching team members, performing administrative duties, maintaining certifications (forklift, CPR/First Aid), and leading the store in managers' absence.
