Recruit students, manage applicant communications, schedule tours and orientations, coordinate student services, and support daily school and building operations. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, coordinating mail and copier maintenance, submitting facility requests, providing accurate information to callers and visitors, and maintaining a welcoming customer experience. The role also requires data gathering, professional communication, discretion, adaptability, and collaboration with school staff and external partners.

Perform professional HR functions including employee relations, compliance and reporting (AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212), policy review and implementation, HRIS and ATS maintenance, investigations, training support, and advising leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage and supervise all food service contract operations on-site, ensuring cost-effective performance, staffing, training, equipment/supply maintenance, safety/OSHA and food-service standards compliance, recordkeeping, and government liaison duties.
