Support retail store operations by receiving donations, sorting, pricing, stocking merchandise, operating POS, meeting production goals, training and coaching team members, performing administrative duties, maintaining certifications (forklift, CPR/First Aid), and leading the store in managers' absence.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, operating the point-of-sale system, processing donations, sorting/pricing/stocking inventory, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, meeting production goals, and following cash control and theft-prevention procedures.

Prepare and submit retirement plan contributions, perform month-end close tasks, general ledger maintenance, and produce and review financial statements. Compile budgets, consolidate monthly budgets into the accounting system, analyze variances, maintain purchase order database, prepare management and regulatory reports, support audits, develop and document accounting systems and policies, and provide cross-training and backup support for the finance team.
