Requires extensive alcohol beverage sales experience, frequent travel, and occasional weekend and overseas business travel.

Leads sales planning, strategy, execution, and performance for the Central Division across multiple states. Manages distributor partnerships, annual sales plans, pricing, P&L, profit targets, and sales growth. Recruits, coaches, and develops the sales team while building relationships with buyers and distributor leadership. Monitors competitive and regional market trends, develops distributor programs, improves sales processes, and ensures accountability for business objectives.

Prepare and review purchase and sales orders, generate customer and supplier invoices, process corporate card expenses and reimbursements, assist month-end close, book journal entries, perform GL analysis and reconciliations, and support ad hoc accounting projects.

Serve as embedded BI lead for a divisional sales book, delivering actionable insights from syndicated and commercial data, leading opportunity analysis, training field teams, supporting Power BI reporting, and translating complex data into executive presentations to drive sales performance and planning.

Lead end-to-end category insights for strategic account chains using syndicated, retailer POS, and internal data. Develop analyses, reporting, and recommendations to drive sales and profit, partner with sales and BI, support category reviews and business planning, and present insights to stakeholders.
