Regional sales role responsible for distributor management, market planning, pricing, budgeting, inventory and program execution to drive profitable growth in Florida. Leads distributor business reviews, new product introductions, market assessments, events, tastings, and collaborates with district managers and regional VP to meet annual and tertile sales goals.

Lead development and execution of trade and consumer marketing strategies for wine portfolio to drive distribution, visibility, and sell-through across retail and on‑premise channels. Manage budgets, channel analysis (Nielsen, VIP/KARMA, distributor data), trade programs, chain account marketing, trade events, and 1-2 direct reports while partnering with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Operations.

Lead sales strategy, distributor management, and P&L for Palm Bay's Caribbean and international markets. Drive depletion and shipment growth, expand distribution, execute country- and account-level plans, manage budgets/pricing, lead market visits, and oversee team performance with extensive travel.
