Builds and validates dashboards, ensures data quality, manages system operations, and supports business decision-making. Partners with IT and business stakeholders, provides proactive communication, leads and develops IS staff, manages vendors and budgets, and drives enterprise application delivery and improvement.

Leads sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, distributor relationships, market execution, product launches, and profitable growth across Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role manages regional P&L, develops annual business plans, oversees distributor performance, coordinates trade marketing and account teams, analyzes sales data, and leads people and business reviews. Requires extensive alcohol beverage sales experience, frequent travel, and occasional weekend and overseas business travel.

Leads sales planning, strategy, execution, and performance for the Central Division across multiple states. Manages distributor partnerships, annual sales plans, pricing, P&L, profit targets, and sales growth. Recruits, coaches, and develops the sales team while building relationships with buyers and distributor leadership. Monitors competitive and regional market trends, develops distributor programs, improves sales processes, and ensures accountability for business objectives.
