Account Executive responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction in security and building technologies.

Support the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects. Perform site visits, manage schedules, resources, procurement, technical documentation, project communications, client walkthroughs, and ensure quality and timely project closeouts. May lead smaller projects.

Lead scoping, planning, execution, and closeout of complex low-voltage/security/AV projects. Manage teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, quality assurance, budgets, client relationships, documentation, invoicing, and project profitability. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and mentoring staff.

Manage complex low-voltage design-build construction projects (security, AV, structured cabling). Lead field staff and subcontractors, oversee schedules, procurement, commissioning, QA, financial reporting, risk mitigation, project closeout, and client relationships to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Drive revenue by developing and executing an annual sales plan, expanding and managing customer relationships, proposing integrated security and infrastructure solutions, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM and forecasts, and monitoring market and technology trends to grow business across service offerings.

Responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships through effective communication, proposal preparation, and project oversight. Requires sales experience in the security industry.

The Financial Business Partner manages financial operations, develops budgets, analyzes data, and supports strategic initiatives for strategic accounts.

Install, configure, test, maintain and upgrade server, storage, virtualization, networking and Physical Security/AV management platforms. Develop integrations, automation, scripts and procedures; troubleshoot systems; support sales/design/PMO and mentor technicians while ensuring quality deployments and documentation.

Partner with regional and branch leadership to build budgets, forecasts, and P&L analysis; monitor costs, working capital, and project accounting; provide financial reporting, insights, and support for corporate initiatives (M&A, strategic reviews); lead a Commercial Project Manager and drive FP&A standardization and technology adoption.

Manage electronic security installation projects end-to-end: plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontractor activities; coordinate procurement; monitor field performance, quality, and finances; maintain project documentation, as-builts, and invoicing; perform site walks; ensure customer satisfaction and project closeout.

The Account Executive will drive sales, develop customer relationships, and collaborate internally to enhance integrated security offerings and market penetration.

The Systems Designer prepares high-level designs, conducts site surveys, develops design documents, and builds client relationships while ensuring technical requirements are met.

Process monthly journal entries, perform balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, support month-end close, assist with tax filings and audits, and contribute to accounting for new initiatives and ad-hoc corporate projects.
