Lead Spend Plan development, budget execution, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit readiness, and ERP integration across finance and supply chain. Liaise with technical, cybersecurity, and leadership stakeholders, produce SOPs and training, and ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations.

Senior Accumulo SME responsible for architecture, administration, optimization, security, and integration of enterprise Accumulo clusters in classified DoD/IC environments. Duties include cluster deployment, performance tuning, cell-level security, data modeling, iterator development, high-volume ingest pipelines, backup/recovery, upgrades, and operational runbooks. Collaborates with dev teams on Java/Spring integrations and supports compliance with RMF, NIST 800-53, and DoD cybersecurity policies.

Process and adjudicate FOIA requests for a federal agency: review and redact documents, maintain case logs and reports, communicate with requestors and offices, produce monthly and annual FOIA reports, provide training, and ensure timely, compliant responses.

Lead systems administrator for classified DoD/AF environments responsible for design, implementation, security, maintenance, and optimization of Windows/Linux, virtualization, container, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure RMF/DISA STIG compliance, perform vulnerability assessments, support SCI/SAP networks, automate infrastructure tasks, and lead/mentor technical staff while interfacing with government stakeholders.
