Provide Tier I functional DAI/Oracle ERP support for Naval Special Warfare financial operations: user assistance, training, business process analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Serve as lead SME advising government leadership, mentoring staff, coordinating with DAI PMO, and driving enterprise process and audit readiness improvements.

Manage enterprise configuration lifecycle for Air Force financial systems: maintain baselines, change control, release coordination, audits, RMF compliance, DISA STIG alignment, asset inventories, and CM documentation while coordinating with cybersecurity and engineering teams.
