Establishes and leads logistics, inventory, warehouse, receiving, and material-control operations for a large-scale data center construction project. Tracks owner- and contractor-furnished equipment from shipment through turnover, verifies deliveries, performs QA/QC inspections, manages storage and movement, reconciles documentation, coordinates vendors and carriers, and produces dashboards and risk reports. Owner-side ICT Project Manager responsible for delivery of ICT and ELV systems for hyperscale data centre projects: coordinate design, construction, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, quality assurance, risk reporting, stakeholder coordination, and handover while ensuring compliance with standards and HSE.

Lead planning and scheduling for hyperscale data centre construction from pre-construction through handover. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, perform critical path analysis, review contractor programmes, monitor progress, produce reports, coordinate multi-discipline planning, support project controls (EVA, forecasting), and drive risk mitigation and schedule recovery to meet delivery milestones.
