Oversee QA/QC across disciplines, inspections (ITPs), submittal and material reviews, pre-functional inspections, commissioning alignment, deficiency resolution, audits, and documentation. Interface with clients, designers, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors while driving continuous improvement and enforcing safety in active construction environments.

Lead hazardous-energy control and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) on a data center construction project. Manage the LOTO program and master energy log, review and approve switching procedures, coordinate energization sequencing, enforce NFPA 70E and OSHA compliance, conduct field audits, train subcontractors, and serve as stop-work authority during commissioning and energization.

Lead QA/QC for hyperscale data centre construction: implement QMS, oversee inspections and ITPs across civil, MEP, ICT, BMS and commissioning, manage NCRs and audits, maintain quality records, and report to project leadership.

Lead base building and MEP construction for data centers, coordinating with colocation providers and DCIB tenant fit-out teams. Manage schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, quality assurance, design coordination, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and perform regular site oversight throughout project lifecycle.

Manage financials and project controls for large-scale data center constructions, ensure effective budget management, and oversee change management processes.
