Lead QA/QC for hyperscale data centre construction: implement QMS, oversee inspections and ITPs across civil, MEP, ICT, BMS and commissioning, manage NCRs and audits, maintain quality records, and report to project leadership.

Lead and execute Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for data-center commissioning and energization. Manage permits, validate isolation points, maintain LOTO logs, coordinate with commissioning teams and contractors, ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E, and support turnover and safety reporting.

Lead day-to-day construction activities for hyperscale data center projects, coordinating contractors, managing schedule and budget, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety, and supporting QA/QC and commissioning to meet mission-critical specifications.

Drive execution of cross-functional programs: manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; maintain program plans and dashboards (Smartsheet); facilitate cross-team alignment; implement repeatable program management processes and support delivery operations.

The Preconstruction Project Manager leads early-stage planning for data center projects, coordinating vendors and managing RFPs, cost estimations, and permitting requirements.

Manage multiple concurrent data-center infrastructure projects including requirements gathering, scope and technical documentation, vendor/sole-source management, commissioning coordination, procurement support, risk and schedule tracking, and driving LFP (Lithium Ion) conversions for APC Symmetra MW UPS battery systems while ensuring operational readiness and safety in active construction environments.

Owner-side BMS Project Manager responsible for delivering BMS/BAS packages across hyperscale data centre projects: design review, installation oversight, commissioning, integrated systems testing, QA, stakeholder coordination, and handover while ensuring compliance, safety, and system integration.

Lead planning and scheduling for hyperscale data centre construction from pre-construction through handover. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, perform critical path analysis, review contractor programmes, monitor progress, produce reports, coordinate multi-discipline planning, support project controls (EVA, forecasting), and drive risk mitigation and schedule recovery to meet delivery milestones.

Lead OFCI electrical strategy and execution for hyperscale and colocation data centers, overseeing MV distribution, generators, UPS, switchgear, EPMS/SCADA, procurement, vendor selection, commissioning, standards, troubleshooting, and mentoring engineering staff across concurrent projects.
