Serves as the primary service lead for self-funded and fully insured employee benefits clients. Manages renewals, rate projections, financial reporting, funding arrangements, stop-loss and PBM contracts, compliance, claims resolution, vendor coordination, enrollment systems, and client presentations. Advises clients on benefit strategies and regulatory requirements while mentoring account staff and supporting producers in new business and renewal negotiations.

Supports employee benefits account managers and clients by processing enrollments, terminations, qualifying events, invoices, compliance documents, renewal materials, and client data. The role audits records, resolves discrepancies, assists with quoting and plan marketing, responds to enrollment and claims inquiries, and maintains accurate information across vendor, agency management, and online enrollment systems.

Support Commercial Lines Account Managers by entering and reviewing policy documents, handling client communications, managing renewals and certificate requests, ensuring policy accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with the team to deliver client satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day commercial client accounts, support retention and renewals, coordinate with producers and carriers, negotiate coverage and pricing, document activity in the agency management system, resolve client issues, mentor junior staff, and apply industry knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure policy accuracy.
