Analyze medical plan claims, costs, demographics, and utilization to identify trends, risks, and cost drivers. Produce and maintain monthly reports, explain outliers to agents and clients, project renewals, reconcile carrier/vendor data, and support implementation/evaluation of analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to reduce client risk and costs and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.

Support Commercial Lines Account Managers by entering and reviewing policy documents, handling client communications, managing renewals and certificate requests, ensuring policy accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with the team to deliver client satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day commercial client accounts, support retention and renewals, coordinate with producers and carriers, negotiate coverage and pricing, document activity in the agency management system, resolve client issues, mentor junior staff, and apply industry knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure policy accuracy.
