Interns shadow producers, participate in sales meetings, support prospecting and client projects, learn agency systems, analyze data, understand claims advocacy, and assist with strategy, marketing, research, and relationship-management initiatives. The role includes training, leadership workshops, collaboration, and onsite work in Raleigh, with possible interstate travel.
