Lead technical strategy, architecture, code review, production deployments, mentoring, and roadmap planning. Manage and coach Ruby engineering teams while remaining approximately 30% hands-on through pairing and feature development. Partner with product management and senior leadership to align objectives, risks, and technical direction.

Develop and maintain brokerage platform software across the full lifecycle, including design, coding, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, debugging, and user requirements gathering. Work may involve Java Swing front-end trading platforms or Core Java back-end data and transport layers requiring multithreading and high throughput. Candidates should understand complex systems, propose solutions, and collaborate effectively with users and the development team.

Lead CBP SOC engineering projects, including AWS application launches, Splunk logging, SIEM implementation, and task-management initiatives. Coordinate with customers to prioritize operational issues and development work, drive schedules, brief government and contractor leadership, improve processes and SOPs, ensure contractual deliverable quality, and facilitate data-quality feedback for future analysis.
