Leads innovation projects from technology evaluation through product launch. Develops business hypotheses, project roadmaps, feasibility and testing plans, manufacturing methods, and intellectual-property strategies. Collaborates with business units, corporate technology teams, manufacturing plants, suppliers, dealers, OEMs, and product end-users. Supports technology performance initiatives while applying project management, communication, decision-making, and leadership skills. Travel is expected 5–10%.

Build and maintain the web front end for a customer-facing trading platform across the full software development lifecycle, including design, planning, coding, unit and functional testing, and documentation. The role requires strong front-end web expertise, familiarity with MVC frameworks, attention to detail, proactive collaboration, and effective English communication.

Lead technical strategy, architecture, code review, production deployments, mentoring, and roadmap planning. Manage and coach Ruby engineering teams while remaining approximately 30% hands-on through pairing and feature development. Partner with product management and senior leadership to align objectives, risks, and technical direction.
