Manage and optimize CRM workflows (LeadSimple), source and qualify property management leads, perform outbound cold calls and email/social outreach, manage pipeline through consistent follow-up, and document repeatable sales and lead-generation processes.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and fleet operations using Karmak Fusion. Manage order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, vendor/carrier communication, recordkeeping, issue resolution, and logistics reporting to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native; integrate REST APIs; optimize performance and UX; support iOS and Android deployments; collaborate with international product and engineering teams. Occasionally assist with React.js web work.
