Conduct discovery calls, present remote staffing solutions, qualify and nurture business prospects, manage follow-ups and CRM records, handle objections, and build relationships with decision-makers. The role collaborates with industry experts to tailor solutions and drive growth. Candidates must work remotely from South Africa or Latin America during US business hours and participate in video assessments and live sales roleplays.

Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, tracks deliveries, manages inventory records and restocking, prepares shipping and customs documentation, communicates with vendors and customers, maintains logistics systems, generates operational reports, and supports cost-saving and workflow improvement initiatives.

Supports HOA community operations by managing violations, collections, compliance workflows, homeowner and board communications, records, reports, scheduling, and administrative coordination. The role uses HOA or property management software, maintains financial and compliance documentation, resolves issues, and identifies workflow improvements. It is fully remote, requires U.S.-based HOA experience, and supports clients during U.S. business hours.
