Lead issuer client success initiatives from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Analyze issuer, trading, shareholder, and market data to produce benchmarking and practical insights. Create scalable research, presentations, educational materials, and thought leadership. Identify recurring client needs, improve digital resources and processes, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Issuer Services, and Market Data teams to strengthen issuer-facing offerings. Use AI and digital tools to improve research, content development, and client success scalability.

Supports OTC Link sales and subscriber services by researching prospects, preparing outreach and sales materials, coordinating client meetings, tracking pipeline activity, and supporting onboarding and issue resolution. The role develops expertise in OTC Link products, trading venues, market data, and broker-dealer workflows while monitoring industry and regulatory trends. It is an on-site, client-facing position focused on relationship development, platform adoption, and timely follow-through across internal teams.

Lead OTC Markets’ EMEA market data sales and business development strategy. Build distributor, exchange, buy-side, sell-side, and end-client relationships; expand regional distribution networks; develop localized growth strategies; manage client feedback and offerings; oversee business development strategy, revenue retention, and profitability. The role requires extensive capital markets sales experience, team leadership, strong prospecting skills, and occasional international travel.

Provide application and trade support for equities trading systems: install/administer trading apps, monitor trade flows, troubleshoot FIX connectivity, support clients and sales/trading teams, maintain runbooks, and improve service resiliency.
