Provides administrative and operational support for fundraising activities, including meeting scheduling, event logistics, correspondence, expense tracking, grant recordkeeping, donor stewardship, and office management. Coordinates with accounting, development staff, internal teams, and external partners while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and SharePoint. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, discretion, and flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage 4–5 preschool classrooms, supervise and coach teachers, lead curriculum planning and staff meetings, conduct observations and evaluations, develop professional trainings, support emergent and play-based curriculum implementation, and provide classroom coverage when needed. The role requires collaboration with families and staff, adherence to preschool standards, and occasional night and weekend availability.

Manage and troubleshoot WordPress, Shopify, and event-management platform integrations. Build responsive landing pages, update content, configure plugins, resolve API and data synchronization issues, and maintain accurate event information. Support SEO, analytics, graphic editing, social media content, and mobile-first design. Train staff on platform operations, coordinate multiple projects, and provide technical and administrative support in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Coordinates and develops afterschool programming for Transitional Kindergarten students. Designs developmentally appropriate curriculum, oversees daily operations, establishes consistent routines, coaches staff, supports early childhood engagement, and helps TK graduates transition into kindergarten. The role requires early childhood education coursework, relevant teaching or youth program experience, California driving credentials, pediatric first aid and CPR certification, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
