Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, and hiring process improvement. Support onboarding, engagement, recognition, communications, and employee retention initiatives. Use recruiting and engagement data, AI, automation, and HR technology to improve employee lifecycle processes. Partner with hiring managers, build recruiting relationships, solve hard-to-fill hiring challenges, and implement scalable talent and employee experience systems.

Provides administrative and operational support for fundraising activities, including meeting scheduling, event logistics, correspondence, expense tracking, grant recordkeeping, donor stewardship, and office management. Coordinates with accounting, development staff, internal teams, and external partners while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and SharePoint. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, discretion, and flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage and troubleshoot WordPress, Shopify, and event-management platform integrations. Build responsive landing pages, update content, configure plugins, resolve API and data synchronization issues, and maintain accurate event information. Support SEO, analytics, graphic editing, social media content, and mobile-first design. Train staff on platform operations, coordinate multiple projects, and provide technical and administrative support in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
