Ensures manufacturing documents and processes meet quality standards, leads corrective-action investigations, supports inspections and first article activities, troubleshoots production and product issues, resolves customer complaints and nonconformances, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports quality training, customer issue resolution, RMA and material review processes, and compliance with company procedures.

Develops and documents production processes, work instructions, cost estimates, and process improvements. Investigates production issues, supports cost-reduction initiatives, provides training, and promotes safe, efficient plant operations. Requires manufacturing engineering experience, Lean methods, mechanical aptitude, CAD software proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, PFMEA, root cause analysis, and project management capabilities.

Supports machinists and machine operators by preparing fixtures, acquiring tools, loading parts, inspecting and measuring components, deburring parts, completing production records, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Operates forklifts, cranes, and hoists; performs equipment inspections and preventive maintenance; follows production priorities, safety procedures, and assigned training requirements.
