Operate and set up CNC machines, follow operation sequences, set and confirm tool offsets, troubleshoot machines, coach operators, stage materials and tools, support production metrics, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve processes.

Perform routine chemical and process testing using lab equipment (pH/TDS meters, tensiometer, titration), collect and input data into lab software, conduct sampling and equipment temperature verifications, perform adhesion and hydration tests, maintain and clean lab equipment and work areas, and follow safety and hazardous waste handling under supervision.
