Lead New Product Introduction from development to production readiness, own QA for new and existing hardware products, oversee on-site production quality and manufacturing activities, manage NPI documentation (TN, waivers, deviations, ECO/ECR), support ramp-up, define quality processes and acceptance criteria, perform risk identification and root-cause analysis, and ensure production-ready documentation and handover.
