Lead market expansion into defense and government sectors across Europe and ROW. Own end-to-end capture and closing of complex government and defense contracts, build strategic partnerships, identify and penetrate new DoD/federal market segments, and translate government requirements into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams.

Manage day-to-day operational activities across customers and internal teams: coordinate deployments and field work, track installations and requests, escalate and remove blockers, maintain documentation and reports, support customer communication and technical troubleshooting, and improve operational processes.

Design, build, and operate scalable data platform infrastructure, including high-volume batch and streaming ingestion, data lake architecture, Kubernetes-based processing with KEDA, Terraform IaC, data orchestration (Airflow/Prefect), Snowflake usage, and performance tuning to support analytics and AI workloads.
