Meet opportunity quotas, map target accounts, develop outreach templates, nurture relationships, qualify inbound leads, and collaborate with Sales to generate opportunities in global mid/large/enterprise markets.

Lead end-to-end certification for autonomous navigation: author technical dossiers for class approvals, run FMEA/HAZID/HAZOP, map SOLAS/COLREG/IACS requirements into design and JIRA, analyze sea-trial data to build equivalent-safety cases, and maintain live fleet certification across releases.

Identify and engage prospective customers via outbound channels, research shipping companies and decision-makers, qualify leads, build relationships, coordinate with Account Executives, represent Orca AI at industry events, and learn product and maritime domain to generate sales opportunities.

Partner with business leaders to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Build and maintain financial models and dashboards, analyze performance vs. plan, align cross-functional financial plans, ensure actuals accuracy with Accounting, and implement scalable FP&A processes and tools.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex maritime SaaS platforms: define problems, run discovery and user research, design UX/UI, hand off to engineering, and support implementation.

You will own the system-level integration of Orca AI solutions, build and integrate systems, support deployments, and ensure technology reliability in field conditions.

The Business Development Director will lead growth strategies in defense sectors, managing the sales cycle, building partnerships, and analyzing market needs.

The AI Software Engineer will optimize computer vision pipelines for edge systems, ensuring performance and reliability while processing real-time maritime video streams.

Lead market expansion into defense and government sectors across Europe and ROW. Own end-to-end capture and closing of complex government and defense contracts, build strategic partnerships, identify and penetrate new DoD/federal market segments, and translate government requirements into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams.

Drive new enterprise customer acquisition, create and execute strategic sales plans, expand and manage pipeline, negotiate at executive level, forecast revenue, build strong customer relationships, and lead/grow a high-performing Singapore-based sales team.
