Oversee IT project delivery from scoping through completion, including planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, documentation, and performance monitoring. Provides onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software, user accounts, and cloud systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, password resets, Active Directory administration, workstation imaging and deployment, ticket documentation, customer communication, knowledge-base development, and escalation to higher-level support. The role supports Microsoft and Apple environments, conducts client visits throughout the DC metropolitan area, and assists with service desk operations.
