Oversee IT project delivery from scoping through completion, including planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, documentation, and performance monitoring. Lead internal and client-facing meetings, direct project teams without formal authority, coordinate contractors, resolve technical issues with managers, and ensure compliance with project methodologies and standards. Analyze project KPIs, report performance, and develop improvement actions while maintaining high-quality client experiences.

Provides onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software, user accounts, and cloud systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, password resets, Active Directory administration, workstation imaging and deployment, ticket documentation, customer communication, knowledge-base development, and escalation to higher-level support. The role supports Microsoft and Apple environments, conducts client visits throughout the DC metropolitan area, and assists with service desk operations.
