Serve as primary client contact during resolution (ACS, RO, Audit, OIC); educate clients on tax issues; review financial analyses; gather and verify documentation; document communications in CRM; collaborate internally to resolve cases and maintain high customer service.

Lead and manage the Cloud Engineering team to design, maintain, configure, optimize, and upgrade cloud infrastructure. Oversee cloud migrations, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Act as escalation point for operations, provide technical guidance, approve solutions, track KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable cloud services.

Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and amended tax returns; communicate with members to verify documents and provide status updates; review transcripts and member files; collaborate with internal teams to bring members into tax compliance while protecting PII and delivering timely, accurate reports.
