Entry-level sales role selling the Optima Protection Plan to former tax-resolution clients. Review closed cases, communicate OPP benefits, assist with tax-prep and add-on services, use Salesforce/CRM and Microsoft Office, collaborate across teams, complete mandatory onsite training, and maintain attendance and performance standards.

Respond to inbound/outbound calls to assess and qualify prospective clients for tax-resolution services, enroll clients in Optima's programs, protect client PII, complete required CTEC certification, attend initial on-site training, and forward enrolled clients to tax resolution staff.

Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and amended tax returns; communicate with members to verify documents and provide status updates; review transcripts and member files; collaborate with internal teams to bring members into tax compliance while protecting PII and delivering timely, accurate reports.
