Sorts, identifies, renames, uploads, scans, and organizes client documents and IRS notices within required processing timeframes. Maintains accurate electronic file placement, uses scanning equipment and client portals, and performs high-volume typing with minimal phone work. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, accountability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Initial training must be completed onsite for up to five business days.

Manages a cloud engineering team and leads the design, maintenance, optimization, migration, and security of cloud infrastructure. Oversees AWS-based services, automation, monitoring, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, deployments, troubleshooting, and technical project delivery. Provides mentorship, evaluates solutions, supports engineering teams, and serves as an escalation point for complex operational issues. Partners with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reliability, security, and service performance.

Respond to inbound/outbound calls to assess and qualify prospective clients for tax-resolution services, enroll clients in Optima's programs, protect client PII, complete required CTEC certification, attend initial on-site training, and forward enrolled clients to tax resolution staff.
