Own the reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of AWS infrastructure across current and next-generation SaaS platforms. Build infrastructure as code, evolve CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, embed security practices, support compliance, and mentor engineers. Partner with software and data architects to establish new platform infrastructure while maintaining production systems.

Lead and scale onboarding, training, support, and review operations teams. Create operating systems, SOPs, QA, SLAs, staffing and workforce models. Partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience, adopt AI/automation, and deliver measurable operational leverage while building manager capability and performance systems.

Own the architectural vision for a multi-tenant SaaS platform while remaining hands-on. Lead backend and frontend system design, cloud and DevOps architecture, technology decisions, scalability, security, observability, reliability, and cost optimization. Partner with a Staff Data Architect to build a next-generation platform, guide migration from the existing system, evaluate AI and LLM technologies, align technical roadmaps with business goals, and mentor engineering teams through architecture reviews and hands-on collaboration.

Own the end-to-end architecture of Opiniion’s data platform, including ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic layers, governance, lineage, and quality. Partner with the Staff Software Architect on a new platform while evolving the existing foundation. Design data models and statistical insights, support BI and AI/ML use cases, guide platform investments, and mentor data engineers. The role is hands-on and requires strong Databricks, SQL, Python, distributed processing, cloud, and modern data architecture expertise.

Guide new SaaS clients from post-sale handoff through platform setup, implementation, training, launch, and early adoption. Coordinate milestones, communicate progress, identify blockers, maintain onboarding records, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, capture feedback, improve playbooks, and use AI-supported tools responsibly to increase workflow efficiency.

The VP of Finance oversees financial operations, drives strategic planning, leads financial reporting and forecasting, and manages a high-performing finance team in a SaaS environment.

Build and maintain integrations and ETL pipelines connecting property management systems to Opiniion. Ensure production reliability, design reusable integration patterns, perform SQL transformations, support full-stack product work, and collaborate with analytics engineering on data quality.

Build, maintain, and optimize the primary web application and supporting services. Own backend APIs for performance, security, and scalability, contribute to frontend fixes, DevOps tasks, code reviews, and architectural discussions, and collaborate across the product and engineering team.

Design and execute manual and automated web and API tests, build and maintain automated scripts (Mabl/AI-assisted), perform regression and database testing (MongoDB), report and track defects in ClickUp, deploy and validate test environments on AWS, collaborate with developers in Agile sprints, and support performance/load and UX testing.

Draft, refine, and publish brand-safe responses to online reviews across multiple platforms; manage review dispute appeals and dashboards; maintain templates, SLAs, and automation workflows; coordinate with internal teams and developers; report weekly insights and improve processes to protect reputation and surface operational improvements.

Perform high-volume, detail-oriented review dispute processing and data entry following SOPs; maintain data quality, ensure compliance, communicate professionally with clients/platforms, contribute process improvements and automation ideas, and update documentation.

Build and own finance and GTM datasets and reporting (Databricks, Omni). Produce pipeline, revenue forecasting, retention, and SaaS metric reports; standardize metrics, ensure data quality and documentation, automate investor and board workflows, and partner with Finance, Sales, CX, and executives.

Lead revenue operations and deal desk activities: improve sales processes in HubSpot, generate accurate quotes/contracts, manage subscriptions and quote-to-cash handoffs, enforce pricing/approval workflows, maintain CRM data hygiene, administer the revenue tech stack, and support sales enablement and renewals.
