The Customer Success Manager at Opiniion will manage client relationships, oversee onboarding, drive product adoption, and ensure client satisfaction and retention in the tech industry.

Lead revenue operations and deal desk functions: optimize sales processes and CRM, manage quote-to-cash and subscription lifecycles, produce reports and dashboards, administer revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Gong), support pricing/approval governance, and enable sales through documentation and training.

Build and maintain Node.js/TypeScript backend services and Python scripts; design relational schemas and execute zero-downtime migrations from MongoDB to PostgreSQL; optimize DB performance; contribute across front-end and backend product work; own reliability, CI/CD, and documentation.

Build and maintain integrations and ETL pipelines connecting property management systems to Opiniion, ensure reliability through monitoring and retry logic, perform SQL transformations, and contribute across front-end and back-end product work.

Design and execute manual and automated web and API tests, build and maintain automated scripts (Mabl/AI-assisted), perform regression and database testing (MongoDB), report and track defects in ClickUp, deploy and validate test environments on AWS, collaborate with developers in Agile sprints, and support performance/load and UX testing.

The Director of Marketing oversees the marketing department, leads strategy, manages budget and pipeline targets, and drives collaboration across teams for revenue growth.
