POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns how prospects and customers hear from Opiniion — from first touch through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll build HubSpot-powered email and nurture programs, create the content that fuels them, run paid media that brings the right buyers in, and launch customer marketing that turns happy clients into advocates.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who likes both writing the email and reading the dashboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lifecycle and Customer Marketing

  • Design and execute lifecycle email campaigns that support engagement, onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Segment audiences and deliver relevant newsletters, product updates, and nurture sequences.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify customer advocates and develop case studies, testimonials, and referral programs.
  • Test and improve messaging, timing, and deliverability to strengthen campaign performance.

 HubSpot and Marketing Operations

  • Own day-to-day execution in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including emails, workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and lead scoring.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lifecycle stages, lead handoff, and attribution.
  • Build reports and dashboards that show program performance and pipeline impact.

 Content and Campaigns

  • Write and produce content for each stage of the funnel, including emails, case studies, guides, landing pages, newsletters, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Turn customer stories and resident intelligence data into useful content for property management leaders.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and/or Meta, including budget and performance.
  • Keep campaign messaging consistent with Opiniion’s brand and voice.

 Analysis and Optimization

  • Track open, click, conversion, MQL, pipeline, and retention metrics, and share results with marketing leadership.
  • Use performance data to decide what to scale, improve, or stop.
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns and cross-functional requests while maintaining clear timelines and follow-through.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lifecycle, email, or demand generation.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience building emails, workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and reports.
  • A track record of developing email campaigns and nurture programs with measurable results.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with samples across emails, blogs, case studies, or landing pages.
  • Experience managing paid media on LinkedIn, Google, and/or Meta, including budget and performance.
  • Experience with customer marketing programs related to adoption, retention, advocacy, or referrals.
  • Comfort setting goals, reading performance data, and adjusting campaign plans based on results.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in the office in Lehi, Utah.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS or PropTech, especially multifamily housing or property management.
  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or Inbound.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or marketing to enterprise accounts.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content and campaign work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
