Provides routine administrative and clerical support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining paper and digital files, answering phones, managing office supplies, maintaining shared spaces, entering data, preparing forms, and drafting basic communications. Supports administrative staff, prioritizes multiple deadlines, works independently or collaboratively, and may travel locally or long-distance as needed.

Performs venipuncture, specimen processing, microscopy, in-house testing, quality control, results entry, billing, inventory management, and patient collection instruction. Maintains laboratory records, processes referrals, distributes reports, performs housekeeping, and uses EPIC to document and follow up on patient results. Requires a current CPT I or II, LVN, or Certified Medical Assistant credential, plus CPR certification.

Welcomes and checks in patients, schedules appointments, answers questions, routes calls and clinical requests, and supports patient flow. Processes check-out, payments, insurance information, forms, charts, and electronic records accurately. Provides compassionate service, uses de-escalation and triage tools after training, maintains supplies and a clean waiting area, and collaborates with clinical staff while following organizational policies.

Processes basic healthcare claims, enters patient and payer payments, verifies eligibility, follows up on claims, provides billing-related customer service, reconciles payments with finance records, and produces audit reports. The role supports billing operations across healthcare facilities and requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills in an office-based environment.

Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision including triage, immunizations, medication administration, patient assessments, documentation in EHR, MA oversight, care coordination, and urgent response. Acts as point person for daily care team functions and ensures warm handoffs to RN or provider.

Provides integrated case management within a community health center by assessing biopsychosocial needs, addressing social determinants of health, coordinating referrals, developing individualized care plans, facilitating access to community resources and benefits, and participating in interdisciplinary care teams, crisis intervention, and program development to improve patient outcomes.

Provide in-person Epic/EHR support to clinical teams including troubleshooting, coaching, training new and existing users, coordinating upgrades and projects, attending clinic meetings as Epic expert, communicating EHR changes, and assisting with administrative functions to optimize clinical workflows.

Oversee daily billing department operations, ensure accurate claims and timely collections, perform audits and quality control, monitor A/R and performance metrics, manage staffing and training, and coordinate with revenue cycle leadership to improve processes and compliance.

Senior operational leader accountable for safe, compliant, and financially sustainable daily operations of a health center. Oversees staffing, scheduling, onboarding, performance management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and facility systems. Partners with clinical and central leadership to improve access, quality, and workflows, leads change and quality improvement, and represents the organization in the community.
