Supports treasury reporting, bank account administration, banking procedures, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of treasury information in SAP and other systems. The intern liaises with banks, assists with administrative and operational treasury activities, and contributes to accurate financial data management.

Coordinates operations and maintenance for global photovoltaic and wind plant portfolios. Responsibilities include monitoring alarms and incidents, tracking KPIs, supervising subcontractors, conducting plant inspections, managing O&M contracts, ensuring milestone and reporting compliance, preparing annual budgets, coordinating with utilities and authorities, and overseeing technical, environmental, legal, and certification requirements.

Manage procurement for renewable energy construction, grid connection, and operations projects in Italy. Responsibilities include sourcing engineering and technical suppliers, preparing tenders, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams and Legal, onboarding suppliers, monitoring performance, and identifying cost savings. The role requires technical procurement experience, preferably in renewable energy, EPC, engineering, or construction.

Manage end-to-end grid connection process for renewable projects in Italy: submit MV/HV applications, analyse STMG/STMD outcomes, support electrical design, tendering, contracts, construction supervision, commissioning, site surveys and coordination with grid operators and project teams.

Support global project finance activities: lead transaction execution, manage advisers, build and review financial models for project finance and M&A, analyze investment/divestment opportunities and sensitivities, prepare committee materials, support auctions and PPA offers, and collaborate with finance and business teams.

Develop and maintain integrated HoldCo and project-level financial models for solar, wind and BESS portfolios. Lead NAV financing and U.S. Tax Equity transaction modeling, run scenario and stress analyses, support M&A, refinancings, investor entry, and present results to senior management and external stakeholders.

Study global energy markets and regulations, build and maintain revenue and optimization models for standalone and hybrid storage, evaluate consultant assumptions, run sensitivity and risk analyses, develop trading and market participation strategies, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

Monitor and analyze utility-scale PV and wind plant performance using SCADA and analytics to maximize availability and yield. Identify and investigate underperformance, perform root-cause and energy-loss analyses, coordinate with O&M teams and contractors, implement optimization initiatives, review contractor SLAs, prepare technical reports and forecasts, and support digitalization, commissioning, warranties and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Manage EPC and supplier contracts during project execution, act as liaison between project teams and contractors, ensure contractual compliance and milestones, monitor contractor performance and KPIs, lead claims/variations/dispute resolution, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and support contract negotiations to protect project delivery.

Manage daily cash position, optimize group liquidity across jurisdictions, execute international payments, maintain SAGE XRT, lead treasury automation and process improvements, support financing, audits, month-end treasury close, and collaborate with finance teams for efficient cash management.
