Leads international renewable energy project finance and M&A transactions, including financial modeling, investment and divestment analysis, sensitivity analysis, adviser management, committee reporting, auction and PPA offers, and collaboration with finance and business teams. Requires strong renewable energy, infrastructure, and energy market knowledge, US GAAP expertise, advanced financial software skills, and extensive international analytical experience.

Manage procurement for renewable energy construction, grid connection, and operations projects in Italy. Responsibilities include sourcing engineering and technical suppliers, preparing tenders, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams and Legal, onboarding suppliers, monitoring performance, and identifying cost savings. The role requires technical procurement experience, preferably in renewable energy, EPC, engineering, or construction.
