Own the commercial strategy, launch, scaling, and profitability of microlending and SME financial products. Responsibilities include product pricing, customer targeting, P&L ownership, portfolio analytics, partner negotiations, go-to-market execution, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional delivery. The role also monitors lending performance, delinquency, customer behavior, market developments, and competitor activity to improve product design, underwriting, eligibility, and commercial outcomes.

Lead commercial strategy and P&L growth for B2B payments, SME financial services, WPS, and merchant acquiring across multiple markets. Build market-specific playbooks, negotiate partner deals, analyze transaction and cohort data, create dashboards and forecasts, run pilots and A/B tests, and support country teams to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue, and product penetration.

Convert transaction-level data from the Azure Hive warehouse into actionable commercial intelligence. Build automated dashboards, P&L and Python/SQL models, identify revenue uplift levers, design predictive customer segments, liaise with DWH and Tech teams, and perform revenue reconciliation for partner campaigns to inform pricing, promotions, and market strategies across OFTI markets.

Manage end-to-end finance for Oman operations including accounting, month-end close, regulatory compliance, tax and VAT filings, cash and treasury management, FP&A, audit coordination, group reporting, fixed asset and capex control, and finance process improvements. Provide business partnering and financial insights to support operational teams.

Own end-to-end customer journey and CLV for OFTI markets. Design lifecycle strategies, CLV models, and data-driven campaigns to drive wallet adoption, retention, cross-sell, and revenue. Monitor lifecycle KPIs, manage commercial budgets, size cross-sell opportunities, and partner with central and local teams to optimize campaign sequencing and validate revenue outcomes.

Lead product strategy and delivery for the Oman market as the single point of contact between central product/tech and local teams. Drive ideation, customer experience improvements, regulatory compliance, operations enablement, data-driven prioritization, user research, partnerships, and GTM alignment to achieve revenue, growth, and operational KPIs.

Lead regional channel strategy and execution across OFTI markets. Design GTM playbooks, diagnose channel performance gaps, manage distribution partner relationships, produce market health and competitive intelligence reports, and ensure local execution converts to revenue through physical and digital channels.

Collect and submit CVs referred by employees of Ooredoo Fintech, Ooredoo, or affiliated OpCos for consideration for open opportunities.

Lead a team managing Microsoft 365, SaaS, and end-user compute. Own deployment, governance, automation, security, onboarding, policies, compliance, KPIs, and stakeholder communication to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end Risk & Compliance for a licensed fintech, owning ERM, AML/CFT and financial crime programs, regulatory reporting and liaison, policy and control frameworks, second-line oversight of product and technology risk, regulatory change management, training, and advisory support to leadership and the Board.

Lead and strengthen end-to-end procurement: enforce governance and compliance, run high-value RFPs and negotiations, manage vendor performance and risk, optimize total cost of ownership, implement procurement systems, and deliver procurement KPIs across multi-market FinTech operations.

Provide commercial legal support across a multi-country fintech: draft, review and negotiate supplier, partnership and intra-group contracts; advise on regulatory, licensing, IP and data privacy matters; manage external counsel; support Chief Legal & Governance Officer on ad hoc matters; maintain contract records and train stakeholders to reduce legal risk and ensure compliance.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects, manage RFPs and supplier negotiations, and implement vendor risk assessment and mitigation. Ensure regulatory and central bank compliance for FinTech operations, deliver cost savings and performance reviews, and produce spend and market analyses using Excel and Power BI.

Support identification, onboarding, and execution of strategic partnerships across markets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch integrations, monitor partner performance, prepare reports and business cases, maintain partner relationships, and ensure documentation and governance for partnership activity.
