Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to corrective actions related to customer refusals, account blockages, and compliance breaches.

In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to support the company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance framework. Sanctions & Screening: Conducting sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screenings, analyzing potential matches, and supporting compliance with international sanctions requirements.

Reporting & Case Management: Documenting investigations, maintaining accurate case records, preparing Suspicious Transaction Reports when required, and producing management reports on AML risks, trends, and key performance indicators.

Financial Crime Intelligence & Horizon Scanning: Monitoring regulatory developments, enforcement actions, typologies, and industry trends to help the company stay ahead of emerging financial crime risks.

Program Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance AML processes, controls, monitoring systems, and operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives and automation.
