Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services for mobile applications. Deliver features, resolve defects, review code, enforce engineering standards, monitor production reliability, and address performance and security issues. Collaborate with frontend and QA teams in Agile ceremonies, identify delivery risks, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Provide technical support to the local Backend chapter and promote maintainable microservices solutions.

Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications for Android and iOS, deliver features, fix defects, monitor crashes, and optimize performance. Enforce TypeScript, code quality, testing, architecture, and review standards. Collaborate with backend, QA, product, design, and stakeholders in Agile sprint cycles. Support local consultants, resolve technical blockers, manage multi-country configurations, and contribute to CI/CD, OTA, and App Store and Play Store release processes.

Own the commercial strategy, launch, scaling, and profitability of microlending and SME financial products. Responsibilities include product pricing, customer targeting, P&L ownership, portfolio analytics, partner negotiations, go-to-market execution, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional delivery. The role also monitors lending performance, delinquency, customer behavior, market developments, and competitor activity to improve product design, underwriting, eligibility, and commercial outcomes.
