Drive net-new customer acquisition across UK mid-market and enterprise for Ontinue's MXDR/MDR services. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build and manage pipeline, engage C-level and senior IT/security stakeholders, position solutions using value-based selling, negotiate commercial terms, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, partners, and customer success to ensure a smooth handover and long-term customer partnerships.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will lead technical strategies, influence security architecture, translate Microsoft security capabilities, and assess customer security posture while collaborating with sales executives in Austria.

Support continuous improvement of Ontinue's AI-powered MXDR service by translating customer and market feedback into product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, and Customer Success; join customer conversations; create diagrams and documentation; support go-to-market and monitor cyber security trends. Gradually take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through execution.
