Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of Ontinue’s AI-powered MXDR service. Translate customer, market, and technical feedback into product requirements, user stories, priorities, and service improvements. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and customers. Lead requirements engineering, support customer conversations, create technical documentation and workflows, contribute to go-to-market activities, and monitor cybersecurity, MDR, SOC, Microsoft Security, and AI trends.

Lead technical strategy for complex cybersecurity sales opportunities across Austria and DACH. Advise CISOs and security leaders, assess security postures, conduct workshops, deliver Microsoft security demonstrations, shape architectures, defend RFPs, and connect Defender and Sentinel capabilities to business outcomes. The role also supports partners, collaborates with sales and delivery teams, and ensures successful customer handovers.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Zurich office on a 60% part-time basis. Responsibilities include site management, vendor and workplace-service coordination, office-supply oversight, event support, leadership-visit preparation, and maintaining a welcoming workplace experience. The role requires on-site availability during agreed working days, strong organization, communication, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
