Teams at Onshore

Provide sales operations and client-facing support: maintain Salesforce and client databases, manage calendars and meeting logistics, prepare proposals and sales materials, nurture leads via phone/email/CRM, generate sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and tools.

Lead and scale the post-sale Client Success organization by building operational processes, metrics, and playbooks; serve as technical escalation for complex tax-incentive accounts; manage and develop a team of Client Success Associates; own reporting, onboarding, and client risk remediation; collaborate with sales, product, and leadership to improve retention and execution.

Lead client onboarding and act as primary client contact to drive adoption and satisfaction. Provide product walkthroughs, training, and technical discovery. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintain project data and milestones, and proactively advise clients on industry developments and optimization opportunities.
